August 1 & 2, Pork Parmesan
Medallions of breaded pork loin, sautéed to a golden brown, served over mushroom, roasted corn and peppers soft polenta, topped with marinara sauce mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

August 8 & 9, BBQ Chicken & Shrimp
Medallions of chicken breast, char-grilled, basted with our “Beer”BQ sauce, Three grilled shrimp, served with drawn butter, accompanied by cheddar mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini.
August 15 & 16, Marinated Skirt Steak
Asian marinated skirt steak, char-grilled, topped with sautéed mushrooms, served over rice and grilled asparagus.
August 22 & 23, BBQ Tri-Tip
Marinated medallions of Tri-tip, char-grilled, basted with our “Beer”BQ sauce, served with baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad and garlic fries.
August 29 & 30, Prime Rib Dinner
Seasoned & slow roasted Prime Rib, served with fresh steamed vegetables, a baked potato with all the fixings and your choice of cup of soup or side salad.
